Blake of Scotland Yard (1937)
When a death ray is invented by a former Scotland Yard detective and his niece, a villain known as "the Scorpion" steals the device with plans on using it. But when he realizes that the device is missing a crucial piece, he tries to locate it while the lawman races to stop his nefarious plans.
